“一帶一路”倡議提出10年來，共建“一帶一路”逐步從中國倡議走向國際實踐，從理念轉化為行動，從愿景轉變為現實，為構建人類命運共同體提供了實踐平臺，也為推進經濟全球化健康發展、破解全球發展難題和完善全球治理體系作出了重要貢獻。2018年11月4日，“一帶一路”國際科學組織聯盟（ANSO）成立，為加強科技創新政策和發展戰略對接，開展重大科技合作，培養創新創業人才，提升科技創新能力，發揮了重要的平臺作用，也為促進民心相通和經濟社會可持續發展，推動建設綠色之路、創新之路，推動構建人類命運共同體作出了積極貢獻。2020年6月22日，ANSO批準成立“一帶一路”減貧與發展聯盟（ANSO-APRD），核心目標是以共建“一帶一路”地區人類命運共同體為導向，聚焦減貧與發展戰略主題，不斷增進交流、深化合作、整合資源、加強示范，建立國際合作團隊與試驗基地，為推進“一帶一路”可持續減貧與發展提供智力支持。ANSO-APRD成立以來，已在中國云南臨滄市、寧夏鹽池縣建立了“減貧與發展示范區”。為了深入推進ANSO-APRD研究示范工作，梳理最新科技成果和實踐模式，推進共建“一帶一路”高質量發展，2024年“一帶一路”減貧與發展聯盟國際學術會議，定于2024年9月6日~9月9日在銀川召開。

一、主題與議題

會議主題：推進減貧致富?共享發展機遇

會議議題：會議將設主旨論壇和分論壇，圍繞“一帶一路”減貧與發展涉及的科教文衛與減貧、環境健康與減貧、區域國別減貧與收斂韌性、致富與共同富裕、人與自然和諧共生、全球變化與區域可持續發展、新型城鎮化與農業轉移人口市民化、數字鄉村與一二三產業融合、鄉村全面振興與縣域高質量發展等重要內容開展交流和研討。

參會代表需繳納會議注冊費。會議注冊費為1800元，學生代表注冊費1200元，會議現場注冊繳費。會議注冊費含參會許可、會議資料、會場租用、會間餐飲和茶歇等，參會往返交通和住宿費用自理。

Notification of meetings (Second Round)

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed 10 years ago, the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" has gradually shifted from a Chinese initiative to an international practice, transforming from concept to action and from vision to reality. It has provided a practical platform for building a community with a shared future for mankind and has made significant contributions to the healthy development of economic globalization, addressing global development challenges, and improving the global governance system.

On November 4th, 2018, the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations for the Belt and Road Regions (ANSO) was established. It has played an important role in strengthening the alignment of science and technology innovation policies and development strategies, conducting major scientific and technological cooperation, cultivating talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing the capacity for scientific and technological innovation. ANSO has also made positive contributions to sustainable economic and social development, propelling the construction of the Green Silk Road and the Innovation Silk Road, and working towards the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

On June 22nd, 2020, the Alliance of Poverty Reduction and Development (APRD) was funded by ANSO. ANSO-APRD aims to build a community of shared future for mankind, promote collaborations and academic exchanges in the fields of poverty reduction and sustainable development, establish international cooperation teams and experimental bases, and provide intellectual support for advancing sustainable poverty reduction and development in the "Belt and Road" region.

ANSO-APRD has set up "Poverty Reduction and Development Demonstration Zones" in Lincang City, Yunnan Province, and Yanchi County, Ningxia, China.

To further advance the research demonstration work of ANSO-APRD, collate the latest scientific and technological achievements and practical models, and promote the high-quality development of "The Belt and Road", we hereby decide to organize the international academic conference of APRD in 2024.

Conference Theme: Promoting Poverty Reduction and Prosperity?Sharing Opportunities for Development

Key Topics: The conference will feature plenary sessions and several parallel sessions. Discussions will focus on key topics related to poverty reduction and development within the "Belt and Road" initiative, including poverty reduction in cultural and educational undertakings, poverty reduction and environmental health, regional and country-specific poverty reduction and resilience, common prosperity, and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, Global Change and Regional Sustainable Development, New Urbanization and Citizenship of Agricultural Transfer Population, Digital Countryside and Integration of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Industries, Comprehensive Revitalization of Rural Areas and High-Quality Development of Counties.

After the study of the organizing committee, the online registration period is extended to August 31, 2024, participants can send the registration receipt to the designated email address (nxdxwp24@nxu.edu.cn).

Registration fee: Full Delegate, 1800 CNY; Student, 1200 CNY. The conference registration fee will be paid on-site. The fee covers conference materials, venue rental, and coffee breaks. Meals, lodging, and travel are not included.

The conference registration fee does not include post-conference study tour costs, post-conference academic study tour voluntary registration to participate in, at their own expense, by the conference company unified organization, the conference company will organize, collect and issue invoices.
